Shipping Policy
All orders from FM Inspired Fashion are processed and shipped from Trinidad & Tobago. We aim to dispatch items within 3–5 business days of receiving your order. Delivery times may vary based on your location and local customs regulations.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate, as FM Inspired Fashion is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Customs fees, taxes, or duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. FM Inspired Fashion does not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed. We strongly encourage customers to review all product descriptions, images, and size guides before completing a purchase.
In the rare case that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at fminspiredfashion@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item in question. Upon review, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Any claims made after the 3-day window will not be eligible for resolution.
